These terms apply when you order from PaperPerfect Notes, also called PaperPerfect. We are based in Malta, and we sell to students in Malta and Gozo.
Who we are
PaperPerfect Notes is the trading name of James Spiteri. These are the details of the seller you buy from.

What you are buying
We sell printed MATSEC study packs. You can order a pack when the site lists it as available. SOK notes and SOK model essays are sold separately, or together as the SOK Complete Pack. English Class Notes and the English Extra Work Booklet are sold separately, or together as the English Complete Pack.
PaperPerfect Notes is not affiliated with or endorsed by MATSEC or the University of Malta. We do not guarantee grades or exam results.
Prices
The price is the price shown on the site for the printed pack you choose. All prices on the site include VAT. On a WhatsApp order we confirm the total before you pay. Delivery is charged as set out below.
How to order and pay
Send your order on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, delivery and the total, then you pay by Revolut or BOV Mobile Transfer.
Delivery and collection
You choose your delivery area yourself.
- South Malta is free for Marsaskala, Żabbar, Żejtun, Birżebbuġa, Marsaxlokk, Għaxaq, Xgħajra and Fgura. 4–5 working days from payment confirmation. If your address is not in one of these localities, we contact you before dispatch to arrange the fee or collection.
- Anywhere else in Malta is €5 per order, within 4–5 working days from payment confirmation.
- Gozo is quoted per order, and confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
- Collection in Marsaskala is free, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We share the address after we confirm the order.
Printed packs take 4–5 working days to print, bind and deliver, from payment confirmation.
Printed packs
You can cancel a printed pack for a full refund until printing starts. After printing has started, it cannot be cancelled, unless it is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We message you on WhatsApp when printing begins.
When your order is accepted
On a WhatsApp order, we confirm availability, delivery and the total before you pay. The contract is formed when we confirm the order on WhatsApp.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
