This notice explains what PaperPerfect Notes does with personal details. We are based in Malta. We use these details only for the reasons on this page.

Launch emails
If you ask to be emailed when a pack launches, we store your email address and the subjects you choose. We use them only to email you about those launches. It isn’t a general mailing list. Emails are sent personally, not automatically. Only PaperPerfect’s owner can see the list.
We also store the date you signed up and a record of the wording you agreed to. You can unsubscribe, or ask us to delete your email, at any time.
The sign-up form keeps a code derived from your connection address for about 10 minutes, so the form cannot be submitted again and again. We do not store the address itself. We delete the code after it expires, the next time the form is used.
Orders
If you order on WhatsApp, that conversation is how we handle the order. It can include your name, the packs you want, and your delivery or collection choice. WhatsApp processes the conversation under its own terms.
The basket on your device
If you use the basket, this browser saves the packs you chose on your device. We do not receive that basket until you send the order.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and the launch list is stored in a database there. Cloudflare processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site.
How long we keep details
We keep a launch sign-up until the packs you chose have launched, then we delete it, unless you asked to hear about more. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
We keep WhatsApp order chats for as long as we need them for the order, for support, and for our records. We delete them if you ask.

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email paperperfectnotes@gmail.com. You can also complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) at idpc.org.mt.
