Refunds & Cancellations

This page explains when a PaperPerfect Notes order can be cancelled or refunded. Read it with the Terms of Sale.

Printed packs

You can cancel a printed pack for a full refund until printing starts. After printing has started, we cannot cancel it, unless the pack is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We message you on WhatsApp when printing begins.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it. Tell us what went wrong. Photos of a printed pack help us see the problem.

How a refund is paid

We send the refund by the original payment method, Revolut or BOV Mobile Transfer. A Revolut refund is usually instant. A BOV Mobile Transfer refund takes up to 3 working days.

Your rights

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
