When a pack launches

Select the pack and “Not emailed yet”, then download the CSV.
Send the launch email from your own email account. Use BCC or individual emails so students cannot see each other’s addresses.
Come back and mark the registrations you contacted as emailed. This button records the status; it does not send an email.

Only email people about their selected packs. Remove withdrawn registrations, and delete records when no longer needed. A person choosing several packs has one row per pack; deduplicate email addresses if sending a combined announcement.
